Merge PDF files
Combine several PDF files into one document in the order you choose. It runs in your browser, so your files are never uploaded.
النسخة العربية ↗How to merge PDF files
- Tap Choose PDF files or drop two or more PDFs into the box.
- Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons to put the files in the order you want. Remove any file with ✕.
- Tap Merge PDFs, then download the combined file.
When merging PDFs saves you time
Most portals ask for a single file: a visa application wants your passport copy, salary certificate and bank statement together; a university wants transcripts and certificates in one upload. Merging puts everything in one PDF in a clear order, so the reviewer sees the documents the way you intended.
- Join a scanned contract with its signed annex.
- Put several monthly bank statements into one file.
- Combine an application form with supporting documents.
What happens to the quality?
Nothing changes. The tool copies each page as it is, so text stays selectable, links keep working and images are not re-compressed. The merged file is roughly the size of all the files added together. If it is too big for the upload limit, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.
Tips for a clean result
- Name your files with numbers (01-passport, 02-salary) before adding them, so the order is obvious.
- If some documents are photos, turn them into a PDF first with JPG to PDF.
- Need only some pages from a long file? Use Split PDF first, then merge.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to merge private documents here?
Yes. The files are processed on your own device and are never sent to a server.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
You can add up to 50 PDFs at once. Very large files may be slow on older phones.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Remove the password in the program that created the file first, then merge it.
Will the merged PDF lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, links and images stay exactly the same.
