How to convert images to PDF

  1. Tap Choose images or drag your files onto the box. You can add up to 100 JPG, PNG or WebP images.
  2. Use the arrows under each thumbnail to put the pages in order, or ✕ to remove one.
  3. Pick the page size, orientation and margin, then tap Create PDF. The file downloads straight away.

Why convert photos to PDF?

Most online forms, from job applications to visa and university portals, ask for documents as a single PDF rather than loose photos. A PDF keeps the pages in order, opens the same way on every device and is easy to email or print.

Which page size should I choose?

OptionSizeBest for
A4210 × 297 mmForms and documents in the Gulf, Europe and most of the world
Letter8.5 × 11 inDocuments for the US and Canada
Same as imageMatches each photoScreenshots and photos you want without white borders

Automatic orientation turns each page to landscape when the photo is wider than it is tall, so nothing is squeezed.

Tips for clear scans from your phone

  • Photograph documents in daylight on a dark, flat surface, and hold the phone straight above the page.
  • Crop the photo to the edges of the paper before converting.
  • iPhone photos are often saved as HEIC, which browsers cannot always read. In Settings › Camera › Formats, choose Most Compatible to take JPG photos, or export the photo as JPG first.
  • If the PDF is too big for an upload form, run it through Compress PDF.
Private by design: the conversion runs entirely in your browser. Your photos are not uploaded to Pickonic or anyone else, which matters for passports, IDs and bank documents.

Frequently asked questions

Is this JPG to PDF converter free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how often you use it.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is built on your own device, so your files never leave it.

How many images can I combine into one PDF?

Up to 100 images per PDF. Very large photos are scaled down a little so the file stays manageable.

Can I convert PNG or screenshots too?

Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP all work. Transparent areas in PNG files become white.

Why can’t it read my iPhone photo?

It is probably a HEIC file. Switch the camera to Most Compatible, or export the photo as JPG, then try again.
